Applications Open For Affordable Housing Units In Colts Neck

COLTS NECK, NJ — Applications have opened for new affordable housing units in Colts Neck.

According to Affordable Homes New Jersey, the applications are for 15 condominiums at Charleston Meadows at Charleston Court & Savannah Court.

The current listings for Charleston Meadows include two-bedroom and three-bedroom units for very low, low and moderate income.

Preference will be given to those who live or work in Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean Counties, and those interested must join the ownership waiting list by Oct. 15 to be included in the random selection.

A dishwasher, central AC, and washer are included in the units. Smoking is not allowed.
