There is a really awesome “Blessing of the Animals” event that will be taking place on Saturday March 29, 2014 at 11 am.
Many churches, mosques, and synagogues across the country have held similar events recognizing the special bond that exists between animals and humans, and this should prove to be a special moment for the entire family.

It is free and open to the entire community and is being held at Temple Rodeph Torah at 15 Mohawk Drive in Marlboro, which is just off School Road East.
After the blessing, there will be free refreshments for humans (including marshmallow roasting and s’mores for the kids at an outdoor fire pit), and free treats for the animals!
