Bruce Springsteen: The Boss...of the Pumpkin Patch

The Colts Neck resident was enjoying some Halloween-time fun recently.

Rockers are usually associated with dance clubs and partying until the break of dawn.

Not Bruce Springsteen. The long-time rocker and Colts Neck, N.J. resident, who just turned 65, apparently cares more about lugging large vegetables during the fall harvest than, in his own words, “hanging from a cliff or you’re tied to the tracks.”

Patti Scialfa, Springsteen’s wife of 25 years, posted the picture on her Instagram account on Oct. 3, with the inscription, “Love the fall.”

She didn’t indicate where the picture was taken; but she did make sure to give her world-famous husband a hug around waist.

Springsteen has been staying close to home lately, and is scheduled to appear at the “Stand Up For Heroes” event at Madison Square Garden on Nov. 5 in New York. Tickets can be purchased here.
