#BruceTheDebate Aims To Decipher Debate Using Springsteen Lyrics
What Springsteen lyrics would you use to describe last night's debate?

COLTS NECK, NJ — The day after a presidential debate always brings an onslaught of reports trying to decipher exactly what happened in those 90 minutes. What did each candidate mean? Who won? What, exactly, are they saying?
While reporters give it a good effort, Bruce Springsteen fans did one better: They took to Twitter using the hashtag #BruceTheDebate to explain what happened using The Boss' lyrics.
The hashtag was jumpstarted by Brian Lehrer, a journalist who live-tweeted the debate using only lyrics. Listeners quickly jumped in, and Springsteen himself eventually caught wind of it, retweeting Lehrer's call to action. (Patch's requests for comment were not returned by Springsteen.)
