Chick-Fil-A Coming To Marlboro/Old Bridge Area
A Chick-Fil-A is coming to the Costco/IHOP shopping complex at the intersection of Rt. 9 north and Texas Road.

MARLBORO TOWNSHIP, NJ — If you like Chick-Fil-A, you're in luck: A Chick-Fil-A is coming to the Costco/IHOP shopping complex at the intersection of Rt. 9 north and Texas Road, according to a report on MyCentralJersey.
But it won't open until the summer of 2019, however.
The Chick-Fil-A will be a free-standing restaurant, with a drive through. A Costco is currently the anchor tenant in that shopping complex, called American Plaza.

Edgewood Properties owns American Plaza and is bringing in several new tenants there, leasing agent Joe Morris told MyCentralJersey.
What else is going there? In addition to the Chick-Fil-A, Club Pilates Marlboro will be opening. The Elite Martial Arts school that is there now will be expanding and relocating within the complex. Rock Out Loud music lessons for children with disabilities is coming, as is a hair salon and Pier Marco Beauty Supplies.

The IHOP will remain.
