Christine Morin of St. Gabriel's Dies

Christine lived in Marlboro Township for 15 years.

Christine A. Morin, 48, of Marlboro Township, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012, after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold. Born in Perth Amboy, she lived in Woodbridge before moving to Morganville 15 years ago. For 15 years she was employed as a legal secretary for McCarter & English in Newark. A beautiful loving wife and mother, Christine was a regular communicant at in Marlboro. Chris was well known for her compassion and concern for others and will be missed by the many whose lives she touched.

She is survived by her loving husband, David; her children, Matthew and Stephanie Morin, both of Morganville; her parents, Frank and Mary Suchan of Woodbridge; her siblings and their spouses, Ted and Charlene Suchan of Burgess, VA, Theresa and Robert Mackey of Bridgewater, MA, and Raymond and Debbie Suchan of Monroe, NJ; her mother-in-law, Eileen Morin of Queens, NY; her sister-in-law, Kathleen Morin of Middletown, NY; and nieces and nephews, Christopher, Ryan and Lauren Suchan, David and Daniel Mackey, John, Robert, Mary Lynn and Jennifer Suchan, and Jessica, Christine and Keith Christopher.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, Jan. 24, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan.

A Requiem Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at S, Route 79, Marlboro, on Wednesday, Jan. 25, at 10:30 a.m.. Entombment will follow at , Marlboro.
