Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving comments on an application to the County of Monmouth for Open Space Trust Funds under the Monmouth County Municipal Open Space Grant Program.  The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday August 24, 2021 at 4pm the Colts Neck Town Hall at 124 Cedar Drive, Colts Neck, NJ 07722 at 4:00 p.m., or as otherwise scheduled via in-person meeting at which time all persons who may be interested therein will be given an opportunity to be heard.  Additional meeting details are available at the Township of Colts Neck website: www.coltsneck.org. Written comments may also be submitted and will be accepted by the Municipal Clerk prior to the hearing date and time.  The Township of Colts Neck desires to obtain Monmouth County Municipal Open Space Grant Program funds in order to develop the following parks: Five Points Park (Block 41; Lot 3) and Laird Baseball Fields, (Block 20; Lot 10).  Development at Five Points Park shall include a tot lot installation.  Improvements at Laird Baseball Fields shall include the following improvements:  reconstruction of existing tennis courts and colocation of four pickleball courts with associated landscaping.
