Colts Neck Township will hold a Planning Board Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 7:30 pm and will be held using the ZOOM Video Conferencing platform due to the State of Emergency.  To view or listen to the meeting the sign in information is:

When prompted, enter Password 439667.  Upon entry, provide your name and email address. If attending the meeting via telephone, dial 1-929-205-6099 and enter Meeting ID 881 8447 4968 and Password 439667.

If you wish to make a public comment during the public comment portion of the meeting, you may do so by using the “Raise Hand” feature of Zoom if participating via a device, or by pressing *9 if participating via telephone.

In advance of the remote public meeting, members of the public are permitted to submit public comments in writing via electronic mail to Planning Board Secretary, Ruth Leininger, at cnplanners@coltsneck.org or by written letter to Colts Neck Township, 124 Cedar Drive, Colts Neck, NJ 07722, ATTN: Ruth Leininger, Planning Board Secretary.  Any and all submissions via electronic mail and/or written letter must be received by the Planning Board Secretary no later than 2 business days prior to the day of the scheduled public meeting and must include the individuals name and address.

The purpose of the Planning Board meeting is to hear the following application:

1. PB739 – Colts Neck Community Church – Block 33, Lot 21 – 249 Route 537

Application for Conditional Use Permit and Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan to

construct a 400 seat place of worship in the A-1 Zone.

Agenda items listed are to the extent known by the Planning Board at this time.  Action may be taken on any matter before the Board at the meeting.  A copy of this Notice has been filed with the Clerk of Colts Neck Township and posted on the Township Bulletin Board.
