  • October 2013:  29 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $543,148. vs an average list price of $567,507. with an average 99 DOM
  • October 2012:  24 single family home sold with an average sale price of $497,455. vs an average list price of $524,304. with an average 92 DOM
  • There are currently 60 homes under contract with an average list price of $574,931. with an average 83 DOM.
  • There are currently 128 homes available with an average list price of $827,174. with an average 122 DOM.


Colts Neck: *Closed Sales for the month of October:

  • October 2013: 10 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $772,650. vs an average list price of $828,260. with an average 145 DOM
  • October 2012: 5 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $1,012,000. vs an average list price of $1,049,800. with an average 74 DOM
  • There are currently 27 homes under contract with an average list price of $1,111,389. with an average 114 DOM.
  • There are currently 95 homes available with an average list price of $2,075,154 with an average 142 DOM.

  • Marlboro: 311 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 263 homes in 2012 YTD
  • Colts Neck: 109 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 71 homes in 2012 YTD
