Downed Tree, Wires Close Dutch Lane Road In Marlboro

MARLBORO, NJ —Dutch Lane Road is closed with a detour in place between Moore Road and School Road East due to a downed tree and wires, Marlboro Township said Monday afternoon.

Police officers are currently on site and JCP&L and Monmouth County Public Works have been advised, according to Marlboro Police.

Marlboro Township said there are approximately 340 without power.

According to Marlboro Police, there's currently no ETA for when the road will be open again or power will be restored due to repairs depending on JCP&L.

Officials are asking residents to report power outages to 888LIGHTSS and to avoid the area.
