Kids Yoga (ages 6-12)

Kids Yoga is a great way to bolster positive body image, build muscle strength and maintain flexibility.  Kids enjoy a friendly and fun environment to learn concentration techniques to build focus and patience.

Kids Yoga instructor, Pooja, is certified through the nationally recognized Radiant Child Yoga Program and has been teaching children of all ages and levels for just about a decade.  Her classes are inspiring, welcoming and empowering.
