Marlboro Twp. Home Garage Fire Occurs Tuesday Night

The fire started in the garage of the home at 11:11 p.m. Tuesday, said Marlboro Police.

MARLBORO TOWNSHIP, NJ — A house fire broke out on Sarah Court in Marlboro Township Tuesday night, according to local police.

The fire started in the garage of the home at 11:11 p.m. Tuesday, said Marlboro Township Police. Police received a 911 call from the homeowner reporting the fire.

All of the family members safely got out of the home. Multiple fire departments responded to the scene to extinguish the fire. There were no reported injuries from any of the first responders on location.

At this time, the fire does not appear to be suspicious. Its cause appears to be electrical.

Fire companies that responded include the Marlboro Fire Department, Roberstville Volunteer Fire Company, Morganville Fire Department, Marlboro Fire Bureau, Marlboro First Aid Squad, Morganville First Aid Squad, Monmouth County Fire Marshal’s Office, Gordons Corner Fire Company and Adelphia Fire Company.
