Four Charged With Attempted Burglary In Marlboro
Ana Figueroa, Jesserret Mendez, Alexander Marfisi and Eduardo Rodriguez were charged following an attempted vehicle break-in on April 17.
MARLBORO, NJ — Marlboro police arrested and charged four people in connection with an attempted car break-in that was reported on April 17, Marlboro Police Capt. Stephen Levy said.
Ana Figueroa, 27, and Jesserret Mendez, 30, both of Newark, were charged with attempted burglary and were released on a summons.
Alexander Marfisi, 31, and Eduardo Rodriguez, 33, from Newark were both charged with attempted burglary and hindering apprehension. They are both currently lodged in Monmouth County Correctional Institute awaiting their initial court appearance.

On April 17, several residents in The Woods Development called 911 to report unknown subjects attempting to gain access to a vehicle.
According to Marlboro police, the vehicle was locked and entry was not possible. The subjects fled the area and were apprehended shortly afterward.

“We would like to thank the residents who called and alerted us to this criminal activity. Together we are making a difference,” said police in a Facebook post.
