Juanita Montgomery, 77, Dies

Juanita lived in Marlboro, Colts Neck and Freehold.

Juanita W. Montgomery (nee Wolcott), 77, passed on July 2, 2011 at Shore Memorial Hospital in Somers Pt. NJ. Born in Trenton, NJ, she lived in Marlboro, Colts Neck and Freehold, before moving to Linwood 3 years ago. Juanita graduated from Trenton State Teachers College and went on to teach in the Marlboro Twp. School System for 30 years, retiring in 1994. She was a member of the Millstone Hospital Aux. Monmouth County Post Polio Assoc. and the Monmouth County Volunteers in Public Action.

Juanita is survived by her first husband, Richard D. Farr of Evans Mills, NY and predeceased by her second husband, John F. Montgomery. Surviving are her son, David R. Farr of Jackson, NJ; two daughters, Jean M. Farr of Wrightstown, NJ and Lisa S. Farr of Jackson, NJ; two sisters, Charlotte Wolcott of Barnegat, NJ and Fidelia Larkin of Hauppaugue, NY; 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild all of Pennsylvania.

A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, Jan. 7 at 11 a.m. at , 81 W. Main Street, Freehold, NJ 07728.

The Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals DeBow Chapel, 150 West Veterans Hwy., Jackson, NJ is in charge of arrangements.
