Man Found Dead In Marlboro Twp. Fire Thursday Morning
Breaking: A 30-year-old man has been found dead inside a condo off Ryan Road that caught fire. The fire is not considered suspicious.

MARLBORO, NJ — One person has been found dead in a fire that broke out in a Marlboro Twp. condo Thursday morning.
The fire broke out at a condo complex on Barn Swallow Blvd., near Ryan Road and Rt. 79. A 30-year-old man was found dead inside the condo, Christopher Swendeman, a spokesperson for the Monmouth County Prosecutor confirmed to Patch.
The fire does not at this time appear to be suspicious, he said. That's the exterior of the condo that burned down.

"Right now I can confirm that a 30-year-old male was found deceased inside the location of the fire," Swendeman said. "That fire does not appear to be suspicious."
The fire started at approximately 6:30 a.m., he said.

No other details, such as what caused it, are available at this time, he said.
