Marlboro, Colts Neck High Schools Are Ranked #80 and #88 In New Jersey
Marlboro and Colts Neck high schools made the Niche.com list of the state's Best Public High Schools.

Marlboro High School is number 80 on a list of the 100 best public high school in New Jersey, while Colts Neck High School is listed as number 88, according to ranking published by the website, Niche.com.
Marlboro received an A grade overall, and Colts Neck High received an A-.
They were among the eleven schools in Monmouth County to make the list of the top 100 public high schools in the state.

Niche.com ranked more than 14,000 high schools nationwide and in Puerto Rico, based on statistics and opinions from parents and students.
It used government and public data sets, its own proprietary data and responses from more than 280,000 students, recent alumni and parents, according to its website.

“A high ranking indicates that the school is an exceptional academic institution with a diverse set of high-achieving students who rate their experience very highly,’’ the website said.
Another 834 schools, including magnets, charters and online schools, received grades but were not eligible for ranking.
Here’s a list of the other Monmouth County schools and their rankings:
High Technology High School in the Lincroft section of Middletown: 1 (High Tech High was also named best school in the nation.)
Biotechnology High School in Freehold: 4
Marine Academy of Science and Technology at Sandy Hook: 10
The Academy of Allied Health Sciences in Neptune: 14
Communications High School in Wall: 16
Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School: 36
Red Bank Regional High School: 44
Holmdel High School: 50
Shore Regional High School: 94
