A Marlboro High School graduate has been awarded a Fulbright Grant.
Brandon Ng, a senior at the University of Maryland, who is majoring in chemistry, has been awarded a 2015-16 Fulbright U.S. Student Grant to study in Israel, according to a news release from the school.
He plans to study the use of nanotechnology to treat multiple myeloma.

When he returns from his year abroad, he plans to pursue a Ph.D. in drug development and delivery, the news release said. He hopes to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry, developing cancer therapy drugs.
