Marlboro Lowe's Cashier Indicted On Shoplifting Charges

Catherine Delre, 43 of Freehold, was indicted on Wednesday after being arrested and charged with shoplifting. Charges indicate Delre allegedly worked with a Howell man to steal items from in Marlboro during her time as a cashier in the home improvement store.

Delre allegedly helped David Roth, 41 of Howell, by not ringing up, or under-ringing items when he came to her register. The two were indicted for shoplifting in excess of $500 and consipracy.

The thefts allegedly took place between January and March in Marlboro.
