Marlboro School Drive For Texas Hurricane Victims
Marlboro Township Public Schools have identified three school districts in Texas that have suffered a great loss due to recent hurricanes.
MARLBORO, NJ — Marlboro Township Public Schools have identified three school districts, two in Texas and one in Florida, that have suffered a great loss due to recent hurricanes. All the districts lost libraries, classrooms, and supplies and have requested help in their recovery.

The lists of supplies were compiled based on items listed by the districts in need. Donations requested include:
● Monetary contributions
● Gift Cards (e.g. Amazon, Staples, Wal-Mart, Target)
● 12-inch Rulers, expo markers
● Dixon Ticonderoga #2 Pencils
● Post-it notes
● Pens
● Tissue boxes
● Expo Whiteboard Block Eraser, Wet Wipes
● Ziploc Quart Slider Storage Bags
● Dixon Ticonderoga Erasers
● 5 Inch Blunt Tip Kids Scissor (New)
● Single Subject Spiral Notebook

Donations will be collected for the remainder of October. The district anticipates sending the items in November.
A $1.00 donation is also requested with a donated item to help defer shipping costs. Any money left over after the shipping costs will be donated to All Hands Volunteers through Norwegian Cruise Line and all donations will be matched dollar for dollar by Norwegian Cruise Line.
In addition, Marlboro Memorial Middle School and Marlboro Middle School Bridge Builders are hosting movie nights with free admission. Donations will be accepted and snacks will be sold with the profits being used for shipping costs. All remaining monetary donations will be donated as well.
