MARLBORO, NJ — If you play the lottery, time yet again to check your pockets! That's because the Wawa on Rt. 520 in Marlboro Twp. sold a lottery ticket last week that won $100,000.
The news was just announced Tuesday, Sept. 4 by the NJ State Lottery. The ticket won the $100,000 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot in the Friday, August 31 drawing.

One lucky ticket matched all five numbers drawn winning the $100,000 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot from the Friday, August 31st drawing. The winning numbers were: 02, 16, 31, 40 and 42 and the XTRA number was: 02. The lucky retailer that sold the winning ticket is Wawa #784, 455 West County Road 520, Marlboro in Monmouth County.
