New Medical Arts Building Opening in Marlboro

CentraState Health Pavilion and Immediate Care Medical Walk-In of Marlboro will serve as anchor tenants. It won't open 'till fall of 2017.

Marlboro, NJ - Construction is slated to begin later this month on a new Marlboro medical arts building, which is scheduled to open by the fall of 2017.

The building will be located at 479 Newman Springs Road (Rt. 520) near Rt. 79. CentraState Health Pavilion at Marlboro and Immediate Care Medical Walk-In of Marlboro will serve as anchor tenants. The project includes two buildings: A two-story medical arts building totaling 24,000 square feet, and a single-story with a 11,261 square feet of space for a total of 35,261 square feet. The project will include 212 total parking spaces. It will be used exclusively for medical offices.

The aim of the office space is to serve the western Monmouth County markets of Marlboro, Manalapan, Freehold, Holmdel, Colts Neck and Lincroft.
