Obituary: Bruce Green, 65 Formerly of Colts Neck
Green lived in Colts Neck for 55 years before moving to Ocean Township.

Bruce J. Green, 65, of Ocean Township, passed away on Saturday, June 23 at St. Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston. Born in Long Branch, he lived in Colts Neck for 55 years before moving to Ocean Township four years ago.
He was the vice president of the family business, Apache Tomato Company, Colts Neck. Bruce had many hobbies, particularly antique cars and NY Yankees baseball, but his greatest pleasure was spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his three daughters and son-in-law, Leanne Green of Plainfield, Lori Green of North Plainfield, and Lisa and Thomas Strausbaugh of Colts Neck; two grandchildren, Nicholas and Charles Strausbaugh; and his former wife, Patricia.
Family and friends are invited to visit from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, June 29 at the Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main St., Freehold.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 30 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Adelphia Cemetery, Adelphia.
