Obituary: Frank Arena, 84, Owner of Betty Brite Dry Cleaners

Frank was a sales representative for 3M for over 15 years and the owner and operator of Betty Brite Dry Cleaners, Marlboro.

Frank Arena, 84, of Manasquan passed away Wednesday, Sept. 12 peacefully at home with his family by his side. Frank was born and raised in Elizabeth, NJ. He was a graduate of Seton Hall University, South Orange. Frank was an army veteran of the Korean Conflict serving from 1950 to 1952. Frank was a sales representative for 3M for over 15 years and the owner and operator of Betty Brite Dry Cleaners, Marlboro. Frank enjoyed retirement and most of all spending time with family and all of his many friends.

Frank was predeceased by his parents, Fred and Madeline Arena. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Bernice (nee Zielinski) Arena of Manasquan; three daughters and three sons-in-law, Carol and John Bise of Point Pleasant, Janet and Jim Mauro of Freehold and Kathy and Scott Noyes of Point Pleasant; five grandchildren, Courtney and Allison Bise, Amanda, Emily and Katie Mauro. Frank is also survived by a sister, Theresa Sorrentino of Toms River and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to call Friday, September 14 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. pm at Orender Family Home for Funerals, 2643 Old Bridge Road, Manasquan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:30 am Saturday, September 15 at St. Denis Church, Manasquan.
