Police ID Marlboro Man Killed In Tennent Rd. Motorcycle Crash

The motorcyclist killed in the Sunday afternoon crash on Tennent Road has been identified as Neal Haynes, 34, from Marlboro.

MARLBORO, NJ — The motorcyclist killed in the Sunday afternoon crash on Tennent Road has been identified as Neal Haynes, 34, from Marlboro, according to local police.

At 4:05 p.m. Sunday, Marlboro police responded to the accident scene on Tennent Road between Wooleytown Road and Greenwood Road. Upon arrival, officers located a black motorcycle lying in the middle of Tennent Road. Just north of the motorcycle, officers located Haynes wearing a helmet, lying motionless in the roadway.

The motorcycle had collided with another vehicle, identified as a Volvo S40, which was driven by a 17-year-old male from Marlboro Township.

Haynes was treated on scene by members of the Morganville First Aid Squad and paramedics. He was transported by ambulance to Jersey Shore University Medical Center where he was later pronounced deceased.

The teen driver of the Volvo was uninjured in the accident.
