Political Sign Ban Once Again

As reported in The News Transcript Marlboro Council Approved Unanimously To ban all Political signs from Public Property.
With Objections from all that spoke during 2nd reading of the ordnance.  From Lawyers to Citizens with concerns of 1st amendment rights, ( free speech ), With One Council member  seemingly to be hypocritical with support of the ordnance, when he was one of The offenders along with 2 other members that ran unopposed with hundreds of Political Signs plastered around town in the the last election. Time will tell if this ordnance will survive, where every other venue that tried it failed in court, as Unconstitutional. Marlboro's Lawyer assured the council there was no problem, While another Lawyer had issues with it. Hence will it be off to Court with Costs to Tax payers.
Question what is Public Property. owned by the public, Is it so called right of ways County, State,Townships.  Public School, Library, Property, To me it means Political signs are only allowed on Private Property. Why are other type signs not in clouded. Will The signs now on Public Property that are against the existing sign ordnance be removed , or The many Illegal Commercial signs be removed or prosecuted under the law,  The The final question who is responsible for the control ( removal ) and enforcement of all The signs ?  Along RT 520 I saw a County Truck with driver and 2 workers removing the signs after the last election will Marlboro DPW be the remover now?    Will Marlboro enforce it when County, State , Federal Politicians begin placing their signs come next election,   One area Corner Wyncrest Rt 520 north corner is Marlboro Public School Property why are signs posted there one now even attached to a County traffic sign post ?  Is there a exemption For Marlboro in The Ordnance, ??
