I'm currently working on a Medical Building located on Highway 9 north in Marlboro Township. It will be two story and over 10,000 SF. Will work with any Doctor or Medical group interested. Will build to suit for Operatory or Outpatient Surgery. An ambulatory Surgery Center is dedicated exclusively to outpatient care for a wide range of same-day, minimally invasive procedures and surgeries. All procedures are performed by board-certified surgeons in one convenient location. As the developer I am guided by the Principles of Service to the community.
