SUV Rear-Ends Marlboro School Bus, Police Say

MARLBORO, NJ — A driver suffered minor injuries after rear-ending a school bus on Tuesday morning, Marlboro Police Captain Jonathan Gramcko told Patch.

The two-vehicle crash occurred around 7:45 a.m. on Duncan Drive and Tennent Road, according to a report from the Asbury Park Press.

The bus was operated by Jay's Bus Service and held 16 students from Marlboro High School plus the bus driver, the Press reported.

Of the 16 students on board, three reported complaints of pain at the scene, but all refused medical attention, Gramcko said.

The driver of the SUV was brought to Raritan Bay with minor injuries.
