Very disappointed in the service we received. We had just moved to the area, and we loved the fact that we got a referral to a local business by a friend.
Not only did they make errors in the return, but they did not submit all of the appropriate forms. When we received notice from the IRS that we owed additional tax, as well as interest, we asked her for a refund of her fees. Her response was "oops, make sure you pay that on time" and "I'm human and make mistakes" as well as an I don't provide refunds.
Take your business elsewhere. Plenty of quality pros in the area, and no need to support a business who does sloppy work and lacks professional integrity.
