Police Identify 2 Men Found Dead in Van in Matawan
Matawan police released the names of the two men found dead in a van near the train station Friday.

Matawan, NJ — The Matawan police department on Tuesday released the identities of the two men found dead inside a van near the Aberdeen-Matawan train station Friday morning.
Both men are local to the Bayshore area.
Paul Coulombe, 51, of Matawan, was found dead inside the van along with Jonathan Millner, 51, of Monmouth Beach, according to Matawan police Lt. Ben Smith. Their bodies were found at 10 a.m. Friday after police received a 911 call. Residents who live near the train station reported seeing the van parked there multiple times in the past.

Their deaths are still under investigation by the Matawan police department, which is leading the case along with support from the Monmouth County prosecutor's office.
On Friday, Smith told the Asbury Park Press that authorities do not think the deaths were a result of foul play or suicide. He said it was "possible, but too early to tell," when asked if they died of a drug overdose.

Their exact cause of death will not be known until toxicology reports from the county medical examiner's office are completed, which could take several weeks, a prosecutor's spokesman told Patch Tuesday.
