25 Burgers Celebrates Official Grand Opening at 231 Main Street

They added additional items to their menu and had a ribbon cutting at their Matawan location.

Family, friends and members of the community came together at to celebrate the restaurant's official grand opening in Matawan at the corner of Main Street and Route 34 on Saturday.

The ribbon cutting ceremony, performed by business partners (and spouses) Brian and Christina Vallee and Mayor Paul Buccellato, was followed by free burger samples and the introduction of new menu items perfect for football season - chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks and chicken wings.

The burger chain  at 231 Main Street as the newest occupants of a busy shopping center anchored by Starbucks. Christina and Brian, who have lived in Matawan for the majority of their lives, said they appreciate the small town feel of the restaurant.

"We know almost everyone who comes in," Christina said. "It's great, we love it."
