2nd Narcan Save In Aberdeen In As Many Weeks
Also, a resident on Ayrmont Lane said someone tried to enter the home overnight by removing a window screen.

ABERDEEN, NJ — Aberdeen police had to make their second Narcan rescue save in as many weeks. Last Thursday, May 4, Patrolman John Zeller responded to a reported heroin overdose on Parva Place. He administered Narcan and the 24-year- old male victim was revived. The victim refused further medical treatment.
The Saturday before that, on April 29, Patch also reported that police were called to a home on Iona Place for a heroin overdose. Narcan was again given and in that case, the 27-year-old male victim was revived and transported to Bayshore Community Hospital.
From May 3 through May 9, here are all the arrests in Aberdeen Township:

- On May 3 a 45-year- old Sayreville man was arrested on a contempt warrant out of Aberdeen municipal court. P.O. Hank Chevalier was the arresting officer.
- On May 4 a 25-year- old Marlboro man was arrested on a contempt warrant out of Aberdeen municipal court. Det. Louis Nanna was the arresting officer.
- A 51-year- old township man was charged with criminal mischief following an incident on Woodland Drive on May 4. P.O. John Zeller was the arresting officer.
- Scott M. Kruse, 34, Middletown, was arrested for violation of a court order on May 5 following incidents on Dumbarton Hill Court on April 30 and May 1. P.O. John Zeller was the arresting officer.
- On May 5 a 25-year- old Belleville man was arrested on a contempt warrant out of Belleville municipal court following a motor vehicle stop on South Concourse. P.O. John Zeller was the arresting officer.
- On May 6 an 18-year- old township man was arrested on a contempt warrant out of Aberdeen municipal court. P.O. Darryl Richardson was the arresting officer.
- Walter R. Munico, 44, Hazlet was charged with driving while his license was suspended for DWI, as well as careless driving, following a motor vehicle crash on Hwy. 34 on May 6. P.O. Mary Johnston was the arresting officer.
- A 65-year- old township man was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief following an incident on Beaver Place on May 9. P.O. Craig Hausmann was the arresting officer.
Other police activity during that period included:
- On May 3 a resident of Interlaken Court reported she received a phone call from a female claiming to represent Reader’s Digest asking the victim to send her money in order to claim a six-figure prize.
- On May 5 a resident of Ayrmont Lane reported that sometime during the night someone attempted to enter the home by removing a window screen.
- On May 7 a male subject stole a television from the Shop Rite store, Lloyd Rd.
- On May 8 P.O. Frank Maisano responded to a report of a juvenile subject shoplifting items from the WAWA on Hwy. 35 on multiple occasions.
- On May 8 P.O. Frank Maisano responded to a report of criminal mischief at a residence on Sweetbriar Street.
- On May 8 a resident of Treeview Lane reported that someone fraudulently cashed a check against his account.
Officers responded to or initiated 257 calls for service between May 3 and May 9, 2017, including eleven suspicious persons/vehicles; eleven alarms; 18 first aid calls; two domestic violence incidents, one burglary, five noise complaints, 12 motor vehicle crashes, two thefts, three frauds, and 74 motor vehicle stops. Officers issued 64 motor vehicle summonses.
