Aberdeen Introduces Mobile App for Service Requests and More
Aberdeen has introduced MyAberdeen, a free mobile app for residents to obtain information on news and events, and submit service requests.

Aberdeen Township has introduced MyAberdeen, a free mobile app for residents to obtain information on news and events, and submit service requests.
With MyAberdeen, township information and services are just a few clicks away. The app allows residents to stay up-to-date with what is happening in town as well as to submit general questions and non-emergency service requests, and to determine their street’s garbage pick-up day—all from the convenience of a smartphone. MyAberdeen is available on the Apple Store or Google Play.
The app’s Submit Service Request feature allows citizens to inform township officials of important issues, such as potholes, property maintenance concerns, missed trash collection, animal control and street light issues.

MyAberdeen allows users to pinpoint the location of the issue they are reporting with GPS, attach photos from their mobile device, and receive automatic status update notifications as their request is handled, explained Mayor Fred Tagliarini. Users will also be able to review news and events, link directly to township social media and view information from the township website.
“With MyAberdeen, residents can access township services and information from anywhere, making it an invaluable tool for today’s busy lifestyle,” added Deputy Mayor Robert Swindle.
