Aberdeen Township Police made the following arrests September 13, 2017 through September 19, 2017:

ABERDEEN, NJ — Released by Aberdeen police and unaltered by Patch, Aberdeen Township Police made the following arrests September 13, 2017 through September 19, 2017:
Alexandra Hornung, 45, Old Bridge, was charged with possession of suspected crack cocaine following a motor vehicle stop on County Rd. on September 13. She was also found to be wanted on contempt warrants out of Holmdel, Aberdeen, Woodbridge, and Union municipal court. Sgt. Matthew Lloyd was the arresting officer.
A 31-year-old Asbury Park man was arrested on contempt warrants out of Aberdeen, Tinton Falls, and Neptune municipal courts on September 14. P.O. Raymond Campbell was the arresting officer.

A 41-year-old Township man was arrested on a contempt warrant out of Middletown municipal court at Chelsea Village apartments on Cross Rd. on September 14. Det. Anthony Valentino was the arresting officer.
A 25-year-old Township man was arrested on a contempt warrant out of Union Beach municipal court following an incident on Edgeview Rd. on September 15. P.O. Jessica McDougall was the arresting officer.

A 40-year-old Township man was charged with harassment following an incident on Overlook Circle on September 17. P.O. Jessica McDougall was the arresting officer.
Other police activity during that period included:
On September 13 a resident of Belaire Court reported someone attempted to enter her apartment by prying open the front door. P.O. Frank Maisano and Det. Louis Nanna responded.
On September 13 P.O. Mary Johnston responded to a report of a woman fraudulently obtaining prescription medication at the Stop and Shop pharmacy on Hwy. 34.
P.O. Jessica McDougall responded to a report of harassment on Hawthorne St. on September 16.
On September 17 a resident of Belaire Court reported someone entered her unlocked vehicle and took prescription medication and an EZPass. P.O. Gus Grivas responded.
On September 18 a resident of Mohawk Drive reported that sometime overnight someone entered her unlocked vehicle and took about $30 in change. Special Officer Michael Rzigalinski took the report.

On September 19 a resident of Heritage Square apartments on Hwy. 34 reported that, while using his computer, a pop-up box came on his screen informing him the computer had been compromised and that it had a virus. The victim called the phone number given and a male subject purporting to be from Microsoft technical support requested access to the man’s computer. Once given access the perpetrator said it would cost $2,000 to fix the computer. He instructed the victim to purchase 20 iTunes cards in $100 denominations and to give him the card numbers. The victim provided the numbers and it was later learned the perpetrator had redeemed them. P.O. Frank Maisano took the report.

Officers responded to or initiated 344 calls for service between September 13 and September 19, 2017, including 21 suspicious persons/vehicles; 15 alarms; 17 first aid calls; two domestic violence incidents, five noise complaints, nine disorderly persons, 13 motor vehicle crashes, three burglaries, two frauds, five welfare checks, two crisis intervention call, and 101 motor vehicle stops. Officers issued 36 motor vehicle summonses.
