Aberdeen Residents Help Build Special Playground in Memory of Local Boy, 3
The playground is being built in honor of Owen Taraszkiewicz, an Aberdeen little boy who died at 3 years old due to a rare immunodeficiency.
Aberdeen, NJ - Here are some photos from Saturday, April 23, when Aberdeen residents all pitched in to help build a special new playground at Cambridge Park Elementary School.
The playground is being constructed in honor of Owen Taraszkiewicz, an Aberdeen little boy who died at 3 years old due to a rare immunodeficiency known as HLH. He attended Cambridge Park.
The playground will be a fully accessible, special-needs playground. It will be named after Owen and is slated to open June 3.
