Aberdeen Township Seeking Volunteer Firefighters

Aberdeen Township is seeking volunteers to serve on its volunteer fire departments.

“As is happening in other communities across the county and state, there is currently a great need for volunteers to join our two fire companies due to retirements and relocations of some members,” explained Mayor Fred Tagliarini. “I am asking those who are able to join the ranks of our great fire companies to answer the call and consider serving their community.”

The Township has two volunteer fire companies: Aberdeen Fire District # 1, located at 490 Lloyd Road and the Cliffwood Volunteer Fire Company #1, located at 478 Angel Street.
