LINDEN, NJ — A Perth Amboy man was killed in a fatal motorcycle crash Tuesday night.
The crash happened at 11:40 p.m. on the 1700 block of West Edgar Road in Perth Amboy.
Police say two motorcycles, a 2009 Suzuki and 2009 Kawasaki, were both driving north on West Edgar Road when they collided. As a result of the collision, the Suzuki was forced into opposing traffic where it collided with a 2025 Mazda CX5 that was traveling southbound.
One of the motorcyclists, a 32-year-old man from Perth Amboy, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The second motorcyclist and the driver of the Mazda were both transported to Newark University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
The name of the Perth Amboy man who died was not immediately released by Linden Police.
