ABERDEEN, NJ — Police officers in Aberdeen Township had to stop a teenage girl who was riding a horse along Rt. 34 Sunday night, confirmed Police Chief Matthew Lloyd.
The police chief said the officers did come in contact with a girl on a horse, and "they explained the dangers of riding a horse on a state highway," he said.
The teen girl (her age was not given) was not issued any summonses and the horse was taken by trailer back to its residence in Marlboro by family members.
