Breakfast Program at Temple Shalom Open to the Community
Panel Discussion on Mental Health Issues in Children and Adolescents

On Sunday, November 23rd at 9:30 am, Temple Shalom’s Caring Committee will host a breakfast program that is open to the community. The program will consist of a panel of medical, mental health and social welfare professionals in a discussion of how parents and other family members can identify and deal with serious behavioral and mental health issues in children and adolescents. Information about available community resources will also be presented.
The panel will include James Romer, Monmouth County Services Director for Monmouth Medical Center; Laine Happel, Director of Family Crisis Intervention Unit; Roberta Portilla, Certified School Nurse at Manalapan-Englishtown Middle School and Cinaida Anthony, Community Development Resource Outreach Specialist for the Family Support Organization of Monmouth County.
The program is free and a light breakfast will be served. Temple Shalom is located at 5 Ayrmont Lane in Aberdeen.
