BREAKING UPDATE: 1 Killed, 3 Injured In Fatal Rollover Parkway Crash In Matawan Area
Authorities were investigating a possible fatal crash on the Garden State Parkway on Thursday morning.
One person was killed and three others were injured when a pickup truck rolled across the Garden State Parkway southbound lanes early Thursday, police said.
The accident happened at 6:54 a.m. at mile-marker 110.8 in Middletown when the driver of a pickup truck lost control of the vehicle in the outer local lanes, police said.
The vehicle rolled over and across the express lanes, coming to a rest on the median between the northbound and southbound lanes, police said.

Three others who were in the pickup were transported to Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
The occupant who was ejected from the vehicle died as a result of injuries.
