Please join us at the Burrowes Mansion Museum, 94 Main Street, Matawan this Saturday, May 3 from 10-5 and Sunday, May 4 from 12-5 for the Weekend in Old Monmouth Event. Costumed docents will be giving tours of the Mansion and describing a Revolutionary War skirmish that occurred in front of the Mansion in 1778, just one month before the famous Battle of Monmouth.
The tours are free and open to all. Light refreshments will also be available.
