Caring Conversation for Unity - Rep. Frank Pallone Guest Speaker

Speaking Out Against Racial and Religious Bias

On Sunday, May 6th at from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Temple Shalom of Aberdeen hosted the program, “A Caring Conversation for Unity – Speaking Out Against Racial and Religious Bias.” This program was free and open to the public. Congressman Frank Pallone was the special guest speaker.

The program featured a panel discussion moderated by Rabbi Laurence Malinger of Temple Shalom. Panel members are Dianna Houenou, policy counsel at the ACLU, Reverend John Armstrong of New Light Baptist Church, Reverend Joshuwa Armstrong of Second Baptist Church of Keyport, Rabbi Mark Kline of Monmouth Reform Temple and Imam Mustafa El Amin.

Temple Shalom is located at 5 Ayrmont Lane in Aberdeen.
