Cliffwood Liquor Store Sells $50,000-Winning Lottery Ticket

CLIFFWOOD, NJ — One New Jersey ticket was sold that matched four of the five white balls and the Power Ball, winning the $50,000 third-tier prize from the Wednesday, Aug. 12 lottery drawing.
That ticket was purchased at Vingo Wine & Spirits on Route 35 South in Cliffwood, in Monmouth County.
The winning numbers for Wednesday's drawing were: 02, 06, 18, 36, and 37. The Red Power Ball number was 21. The Multiplier number was 02.

Sadly, the bigger winner this week was in Florida, where a Florida Lottery ticketholder won the $168.5 million Powerball jackpot from Wednesday's drawing.
The Powerball jackpot resets to $20,000,000 for the next drawing to be held this Saturday, August 15, at 10:59 p.m.
