ABERDEEN, NJ — The Aberdeen Township Police Department made the following arrests December 1 through December 31, 2021:
On December 5, 2021 a 40-year-old Neptune Township male was charged with driving while intoxicating following a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 35. Ptl. Hakim Bryant was the arresting officer.
On December 6, 2021 a 25-year-old Aberdeen Township male was charged with contempt of court on a warrant issued by the Lakewood Township Municipal Court. Ptl. Hakim Bryant was the arresting officer.

On December 7, 2021 a 22-year-old Irvington male was charged with contempt of court on a warrant issued by the Howell Township Municipal Court. Ptl. Evan Tyler was the arresting officer.
On December 8, 2021 a 27-year-old Aberdeen Township male was charged with contempt of court on a warrant issued by City of Perth Amboy Municipal Court. Ptl. Liam Gallagher was the arresting officer.

On December 11, 2021 a 41-year-old Aberdeen Township male was charged with harassment following an incident on Lakeshore Drive. Ptl. Hakim Bryant was the arresting officer.
On December 12, 2021 a 43-year-old Brick Township male was charged with simple assault and contempt of court on a warrant issued by the Brick Township Municipal Court following an incident on Woodmere Drive. SLEO II Willie Colon and Ptl. Evan Guastaferro was the arresting officers.
On December 16, 2021 a 21-year-old Aberdeen Township male was charged with simple assault following an incident on Pond Street. Ptl. Nicholas DaRocha was the arresting officer.
On December 18, 2021 a 37-year-old Aberdeen male was charged with violation of a court order following an incident on Philip E. Frank Way. Ptl. Jose Veliz was the arresting officer.
On December 19, 2021 a 33-year-old Aberdeen Township female was charged with harassment following an incident on Wellington Place. Ptl. Martin Walsh was the arresting officer.
On December 23, 2021 a 28-year-old Columbus, Ohio male was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic syringe, hindering apprehension of himself along with a fugitive from justice warrant issued by the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole following an incident at the McDonalds on State Highway 35. Ptl. Michael Monteiro along with Sgt. Raymond Campbell were the arresting officers.
On December 23, 2021 a 44-year-old Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania male was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic syringe and certain persons not to have weapons following an incident at the McDonalds on State Highway 35. Ptl. John Palumbo was the arresting officer.
On December 29, 2021 a 37-year-old Aberdeen male was charged with simple and aggravated assault along with terroristic threats following an incident on Schindler Drive. Ptl. John Palumbo was the arresting officer.
It should be noted that all arrestees are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
Officers responded to or initiated 1,154 calls for service between December 1st, 2021 and December 31st, 2021, including 41 motor vehicle accidents; 52 alarms (house/fire); 2 assaults; 2 burglary reports; 5 criminal mischief; 4 crisis interventions; 22 disorderly persons; 17 domestic disputes; 15 fire calls, 126 first aid calls; 8 frauds; 11 harassments; 1 M.V thefts; 2 narcotics; 8 thefts; 2 trespassing; 39 suspicious person/vehicle and 26 welfare checks.
Officers issued 132 summonses and conducted 247 motor vehicle stops.
