  • August 2013:  8 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $301,988. vs an average list price of $390,086. with an average 53 DOM
  • August 2012:  5 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $248,980. vs an average list price of $261,420. with an average 83 DOM
  • There are currently 17 homes under contract with an average list price of $281,153. with an average 58 DOM.
  • There are currently 38 homes available with an average list price of $368,858. with an average 141 DOM.


Aberdeen: *Closed Sales for the month of August:

  • August 2013: 12 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $351,242. vs an average list price of $357,433. with an average 68 DOM
  • August 2012: 11 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $308,082. vs an average list price of $328,355. with an average 87 DOM
  • There are currently 43 homes under contract with an average list price of $291,118. with an average 86 DOM.
  • There are currently 84 homes available with an average list price of $307,742. with an average 126 DOM.
