• There are currently 18 homes under contract with an average list price of $279,350. with an average 64 DOM.
• There are currently 38 homes available with an average list price of $385,547. with an average 128 DOM.

Aberdeen: *Closed Sales for the month of September:

• September 2013: 15 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $312,900. vs an average list price of $317,667. with an average 57 DOM
• September 2012: 14 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $271,600. vs an average list price of $277,343. with an average 58 DOM

• There are currently 33 homes under contract with an average list price of $260,375. with an average 111 DOM.
• There are currently 88 homes available with an average list price of $312760. with an average 127 DOM.
