DWI Accident on Shore Concourse in Aberdeen

A local man hit two parked cars and then drove into a retaining wall and some bushes, police said.

Aberdeen, NJ - An Aberdeen man has been charged with DWI Monday after he hit two parked cars on Shore Concourse and then drove into a retaining wall and some bushes, police said.

Jim Homsi, 55, of West Concourse in Aberdeen was driving his 2009 Nissan Murano on Shore Concourse when he struck a parked car at approximately 9:35 Monday evening. The force of the impact pushed that car into a second parked vehicle.

Homsi’s car then struck a retaining wall, some shrubbery, and a fence. Police were called, and he was charged with DWI, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to produce registration and insurance card, and refusal to submit to a breath test.

Homsi sustained some minor injuries, but refused medical attention, police said.
