DWI Checkpoint In Keyport Friday Night
The checkpoint will be run from 10 p.m. Friday through 2 p.m. Saturday on Rt. 36. Cars will be pulled over into the Stop & Shop.

KEYPORT, NJ — The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will conduct a DWI checkpoint this Friday night, Aug. 24 in Keyport, to detect drivers under the influence of alcohol and or drugs.
The checkpoint will be run from 10 p.m. Friday through 2 p.m. Saturday on Rt. 36.
Task force members and officers from the Keyport police department will pull vehicles from the southbound lanes into the Stop & Shop parking lot to determine driver’s sobriety, said Brielle Police Chief Michael W. Palmer, task force coordinator.
