DWI Checkpoint In Union Beach This Friday Night

Union Beach police will pull cars over from Rt. 36 into the Holy Family Church parking lot from 10 p.m. Friday to 2 a.m. Saturday.

UNION BEACH, NJ — Heads up, Bayshore drivers: The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will conduct a DWI checkpoint this Friday night, Nov. 10 in Union Beach.

The checkpoint will be run from 10 p.m. Friday through 2 a.m. Saturday on Rt. 36. Task Force members and officers from the Union Beach police department will pull vehicles from the westbound lanes into the Holy Family Church parking lot to determine driver’s sobriety. Information about the checkpoint was released by Brielle Police Chief Michael W. Palmer, Task Force coordinator.
