ELC "Fill the Gaps" and 2016-2017 Classes Now Enrolling!
"Fill the Gaps" In Your Summer Activities at The Early Learning Center of Temple Shalom
Parents have so many choices for programs that start after July 4 and end mid-August. What will you do to keep your children active and busy before and after those busy summer plans? We have the solution!
The ELC “Fill the Gaps” Summer Program will provide a place for children ages 2 – 5 years old to go from June 20 – July 1 and August 22 – September 2. This split session summer experience will literally “Fill the Gaps” in family schedules. Families can choose to enroll in either of the 2 week sessions or both sessions. The classes will be on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. As an added benefit, having classes in the two weeks prior to Labor Day helps to ease young learners into the preschool environment immediately before school year programs begin.
Every week features lots of outdoor activities, fun in the sprinklers, play, songs and crafts. Our playground is an outdoor classroom with gross motor activities, art, science, dramatic play and more. In inclement weather, our social hall is filled with gross motor activities so campers can enjoy spacious indoor play.
