Who doesn’t associate summertime with fun at the Jersey Shore? Food historian Judith Krall-Russo will discuss salt water taffy, clam fritters and the other edible treats that have come to be associated with summer and the Shore. She’ll also talk about the various summer activities that are connected with the Jersey shoreline.
